Compare another providerWHAT COULD CHANGE YOUR DECISION
Start with your priorities.
Count the devices as well as the people.
Stero Group describes device-based monthly pricing. Before comparing it with a proposal scoped around users and systems, count shared workstations, field laptops, office computers and other covered equipment.
For a trade business, one person might use more than one device and several people might share a workstation. Ask both providers what gets billed, what receives monitoring and how additions or removals change the agreement. Do not assume the same headcount produces the same scope.
Make the security boundary visible in the quote.
Stero Group describes support and its security offering as separately purchasable. Ask which protections, alerts and incident responsibilities belong to each line of the proposal and what happens if you choose only one.
With IT MGMT, security scope also needs to match the selected plan and covered systems. Put projects, hardware and onsite work on separate lines, then identify who maintains the documentation and administrative access when the relationship ends.
