Compare another providerWHAT COULD CHANGE YOUR DECISION
Start with your priorities.
Decide whether you need visits or a dedicated onsite person.
Apollo describes a dedicated-onsite option as well as managed support. If employees repeatedly need hands-on help, list the tasks and hours involved. A scheduled engineer presence is a different requirement from occasional dispatch.
IT MGMT normally scopes onsite work separately from its remote support. Ask each provider to propose the arrangement your office needs, including coverage when the usual engineer is absent and the work that remains remote.
Make building access part of the support plan.
For an office with controlled entry or equipment deliveries, document who admits a technician, where equipment can be brought in and when work is permitted. Ask how those conditions affect emergency replacement or an office project.
Separately request the technical response schedule. A promise to contact a sales inquiry within a day does not tell you how quickly a support engineer handles an outage. Keep those two commitments distinct when comparing either provider.
