Compare another providerWHAT COULD CHANGE YOUR DECISION
Start with your priorities.
Start with where your files and accounts actually live.
Garden State IT lists both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. If your business has a mixture of shared drives, personal cloud accounts and company email, bring that inventory to the first meeting. A product list alone will not explain how those pieces will work together.
Ask both providers to identify the owner of each account, the destination for shared files and the people allowed to change permissions. Include remote employees and the applications that still depend on an office server.
Ask for a cutover plan you can work around.
For a cloud move, request a sequence covering account preparation, file transfer, email changes and employee instructions. Decide what happens if a critical application does not work after the switch and who can authorize a rollback.
IT MGMT’s Business IT agreement lasts three years. Garden State IT’s monthly wording needs a separate duration check. Compare the migration project, ongoing support and commitment in three separate lines so none gets lost inside the monthly quote.
