CONNECTED. PROTECTED. READY FOR WHAT’S NEXT.
Business IT Readiness Checklist
A practical way to prepare for a better IT conversation. No email gate, security score or software installation.
Seven questions to bring to the meeting
For each question, note what is working, what is missing and who owns the next step. “Not sure” is a useful answer.
- Do staff know whom to contact during and outside office hours?
- Can you identify who owns your domains, cloud accounts and administrative access?
- Which devices, locations and applications does the current support agreement cover?
- Who checks backup failures and verifies that important data can be restored?
- How are employee and contractor accounts added, changed and removed?
- Which repeated support problems or manual tasks keep interrupting work?
- What requirements do your customers, insurer or independent assessor expect you to evidence?
This is a planning checklist based on your knowledge of the business. It does not scan or certify your systems.
Bring enough context to make the call useful
- Your approximate user count and locations.
- The applications your business relies on.
- The gaps in your current provider’s service.
- Upcoming renewals, moves or projects.
Keep passwords, sensitive customer records and security keys out of booking notes.
A useful plan, even if you choose another provider
Our free Business IT consultation starts with your business: how your team works, what your current provider is missing and what you need to improve. We offer initial recommendations and a written list of priorities you can use whether or not you hire IT MGMT.
This is an initial conversation and planning step. Any hands-on technical assessment or implementation is scoped separately.
