Fully managed or co-managed IT: choose the responsibilities you need
Some businesses need a partner to handle everyday IT. Others already have an internal technician and need reliable coverage for specific tasks. IT MGMT supports both arrangements for teams of 5–100 users.
Fully managed support
Define an ongoing scope for supported devices, help-desk requests, monitoring, maintenance and vendor coordination. Your business retains ownership decisions; the agreement names the systems and services we manage.
Co-managed support
Your internal team keeps agreed responsibilities while we help with selected work, such as endpoint maintenance, user requests or an office move. We document administration rights, change approval, escalation and the record of completed work.
Start with a responsibility map
Bring your user and device count, key applications, existing support contracts and any recurring backlog. We identify the gaps before quoting. For teams in Rockland County or Bergen County, the discussion can cover several offices and approved remote workers without assuming every property has the same network.
What is included, and what is quoted separately?
Your proposal identifies the supported users, devices, sites, maintenance, security tools, and help-desk responsibilities. It also identifies licenses supplied through us and licenses you already own. A recurring fee applies to that agreed environment.
New cabling, office moves, major migrations, additional equipment, specialized application work, or changes outside the agreed scope need their own estimate. We confirm those boundaries before work begins.
To compare proposals, bring your device and user count, existing invoices, application list, backup arrangement, and any service renewal dates. Compare responsibilities and exclusions as well as the monthly number.
Stop Guessing If Your IT Is Secure
Schedule a free consultation and we will review your systems, identify vulnerabilities, and build a plan that keeps your business protected.
Who This Service Is For
Managed IT fits a business that needs ongoing responsibility for technology, whether you have no internal IT staff or need additional support for an existing team. We assess supported devices, applications, locations, and security needs before recommending a plan.
If you only need a move or installation, explore project consulting. If you are deciding how to staff IT as you grow, start with our small-business IT guide.
How ongoing support is delivered
Establish ownership and inventory
Document supported devices, accounts, applications, licenses, vendors, and authorized contacts. Confirm how your previous provider will transfer administration without interrupting work.
Set the maintenance and security baseline
Deploy the agreed monitoring and endpoint tools to supported computers. Set patch windows, review multifactor authentication, and identify unsupported equipment or applications that need a separate decision.
Verify backup responsibilities
Record which data is backed up, who receives alerts, retention, and who may authorize a restore. Where backup is in scope, test a representative recovery instead of relying only on a successful-job message.
Give staff a clear support route
Agree help-desk availability, priorities, escalation, and what requires a scheduled visit. Distinguish acknowledgement from investigation and resolution; vendor incidents and hardware replacement can add dependencies.
Maintain and review
Review recurring problems, patch exceptions, security findings, and equipment lifecycle needs. Use those findings to plan the next change rather than replacing everything at once.
Keep a usable handover
Maintain network and account documentation and record changes. Your business should know what it owns and how administrative control will be transferred if the relationship changes.
The Stack Behind Our Managed IT Services
We operate these platforms directly rather than reselling them and hoping for the best. Each one is here because it does a specific job in the managed IT routine above.
NinjaOne
Remote monitoring and patch management
Every managed workstation and server runs the NinjaOne agent, which is how we see a failing drive or a missed patch before you do. It also drives scripted maintenance and software deployment, so a change can be applied consistently across a whole office instead of machine by machine.
Microsoft 365
Email, files, and productivity
For most business clients this is the center of gravity. We administer the tenant, harden the security defaults that Microsoft ships in a permissive state, manage licensing so you are not paying for seats nobody uses, and configure Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive so files live somewhere backed up rather than on a desktop.
Google Workspace
Email, files, and productivity
Plenty of firms run on Google rather than Microsoft, and we support that fully rather than pushing a migration you do not need. Same discipline either way: admin console hardening, enforced two-step verification, shared drive structure, and managed offboarding.
JumpCloud
Identity and device management
One directory across Windows, Mac, and cloud applications. It means a new hire is provisioned once and a departing employee is shut off everywhere in minutes, which is the single most common gap we find when we take over an environment.
Dropsuite
Cloud email and data backup
Microsoft and Google protect their infrastructure, not your mailbox contents. Dropsuite gives us an independent, searchable backup of email, contacts, and cloud files so an accidental deletion, a departed employee, or a ransomware event does not become permanent data loss.
uSecure
Security awareness training and phishing simulation
The most common way into a small business is still a convincing email. uSecure runs short, ongoing training and realistic phishing simulations so staff get practice, and so you have evidence of training when an insurer or client asks for it.
Why This Combination
No single vendor covers monitoring, identity, backup, and human behavior well. We deliberately layer specialists so a failure in one place does not become a failure everywhere, and we choose tools we operate ourselves every day rather than white-labeling someone else's help desk. You get one provider who is accountable for all of it, and a written record of exactly what is running in your environment and why.

The agreed scope can include supported-device monitoring, patch management, help-desk support, asset documentation, vendor coordination, and technology planning. Your proposal lists the systems, security tools, licenses, backup responsibilities, and any onsite coverage included.
Our standard help desk operates Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern. We offer 24-hour support through PSA support ticketing when needed. Our response commitment is 24 hours under the service agreement; the published terms exclude weekends and holidays from that response window. Our reported averages are about five minutes to first point of contact and ten minutes to resolution. Averages are not per-ticket guarantees, and complex incidents or vendor dependencies can take longer.
Managed IT includes recurring maintenance and agreed ongoing responsibilities. Break-fix work addresses individual incidents or jobs. Compare the full scope, business impact, and ongoing maintenance needs before choosing either model.
Our business IT services are designed for organizations with 5–100 users. We review your devices, sites, applications, and support needs before recommending a scope. Home IT is available separately for households.
Yes. We define the systems and tasks each party owns, access permissions, escalation, and how changes will be documented. Your internal team can retain ownership while we help with agreed work.
We can plan an authorized handover. We review contract dates, administrative access, licenses, backups, devices, and outstanding work with you. A change schedule and clear ownership help avoid an abrupt loss of support or access.
Ownership and the transition process are documented in the agreement. Business-owned accounts, data, licenses, and equipment remain subject to their existing ownership terms. We identify provider-licensed tools and agree removal or transfer along with an administrative handover.
